as of到底是什么意思？

as of主要有两个意思，“从……时起”和“到……时止”，此外，在法律文书中常用作“在……时”。《柯林斯词典》把这三种意思分别解释为“from, up to, or on (a specified time)”，即“从/到/在某时”。

例：

1. As of next month, all the prices will go up. 从下周起，所有的价格都会上涨。（剑桥词典）

2. Notification letters had been delivered to 19 persons as of mid-July. 截至7月中旬，已向19人发出通知。

3. This Agreement is entered into as of April 11, 2016 by and among the following Parties. 本协议由以下各方于2016年4月11日订立。
