关于busy doing和busy to do

1、为什么是be busy doing而不是be busy to do？

be busy doing其实是be busy in doing省略了in的形式，in是介词，其后的doing是动名词做宾语。

不仅是busy，have difficulty doing、there is no point doing都是省略了in的形式。
